📍 GENERAL NOTARY QUESTIONS

What is a mobile notary?

A mobile notary travels to your location—home, office, hospital, or care facility—to notarize your documents.

You must have:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID

  • Be aware and willing to sign

  • Your documents ready (do not sign ahead of time)

Washington State sets a standard notarization fee of $15 per signature.
Mobile travel fees vary depending on location, distance, and time of appointment.

🏥 HOSPITAL & EMERGENCY NOTARY QUESTIONS

Can you come to a hospital or care facility?

Yes, I provide mobile notary services directly to hospitals, assisted living facilities, and homes.

Common documents include:

  • Power of Attorney (POA)

  • Advance Directives / Living Wills

  • Healthcare Authorization Forms

  • Affidavits

As long as the signer is aware, willing, and able to communicate, notarization can be completed.

In some situations, credible witnesses may be used. Please contact me to discuss your specific situation.
