Mobile Notary in Blaine & Birch Bay, Washington

Notarization at your home, workplace, care facility, or another agreed location in Blaine and Birch Bay.

A mobile appointment that fits your location

I’m Katrina Petty, owner of NightBloom Notary & Business Services LLC, based in the Lynden area and serving Whatcom County. I travel to Blaine and Birch Bay for prepared documents requiring notarization, including powers of attorney, affidavits, real estate paperwork, and other personal or business documents. Loan-signing appointments can also be coordinated with title, escrow, lenders, and signing services.

Planning a visit near the border

If you are traveling from Canada, arrange the appointment after you can be physically present in Washington. Allow time for border and traffic delays and contact me if your arrival changes. Ask the document recipient in advance whether a Washington notarization will meet its requirements and whether any additional authentication is needed. I cannot guarantee another organization or country’s acceptance of a document.

Before the appointment

Have the complete document, its instructions, the required signers, and acceptable identification ready. Some notarial acts require signing in my presence; others may involve acknowledging a signature already made. Tell me if the document is already signed. Confirm any witness requirements with the preparer or recipient before booking. If you have an identification concern, contact me before I travel.

Availability and fees

Same-day, evening, and weekend appointments may be available depending on my schedule. Notarial fees and separate mobile travel fees are explained and agreed upon before travel. Please request a quote for the exact location and service, especially for care facilities, multiple signers, or additional printing and return requirements.
