I’m Katrina Petty, the owner and the person who handles your communication and field visit. Assignments are reviewed individually for scope, location, access, timing, and reporting requirements before acceptance.
What an assignment may include
Depending on the written scope, work may include exterior property photographs, location or occupancy observations, merchant-site documentation, and completion of the hiring company’s report. I follow the agreed checklist and communicate access problems, missing information, or conditions that prevent completion. I do not enter a property without appropriate permission or represent observations as conclusions I cannot verify.
What to send with your request
Provide the property or business location, requested observations and photographs, deadline, access authorization or contact, required reporting platform, and proposed compensation. Identify any special safety, privacy, or site-contact instructions before the assignment is accepted. Pricing is quoted individually based on travel, scope, reporting, and time requirements.
Scope matters
These are observational documentation and verification assignments. They are not structural inspections, code-compliance inspections, appraisals, engineering opinions, environmental assessments, or licensed home inspections. I do not determine property value or certify building condition. Notary and signing services are available separately when needed.
